Family Matters, an afternoon of presentations and discussions centered on the art and craft of photographing family with Elinor Carucci, Gillian Laub and Chris Verene.
Photographing family with the goal of making ‘art’ can be treacherous. Carucci, Laub and Verene have all- very publicly and very comprehensively- dedicated major bodies of work to capturing their families on film.
The discussion will be moderated by photography writer and curator Susan Bright.
